TERMS & CONDITIONS

Promoter

The Promoter is Hallas Trading Co Pty Ltd (ACN 001 708 925) of 2 Lambs Road, Artarmon NSW 2064, trading as Ella Baché (“we”, “us”, “our”). This competition is conducted in collaboration with Sportscraft – APG & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 51 003 037 641), 1 Chalmers Crescent, Mascot NSW 2020.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. Employees and contractors of Hallas Trading Co Pty Ltd (ACN 001 708 925) and Sportscraft – APG & Co Pty Ltd (ABN 51 003 037 641) (and their Immediate Families), our Related Bodies Corporate and the agencies associated with this Competition are ineligible to enter.

Competition Period

The competition begins at 9:00AM AEST on 28 April 2025 and ends at 11:59PM AEST on 11 May 2025 (“Competition Period”).

How to Enter

To enter, individuals must, during the Competition Period: • Visit the official competition entry page on https://www.ellabache.com.au/pages/sportscraft-x-ella-bache-giveaway

• Submit a valid email address and mobile phone number; and

• Agree, as a condition of entry, to receive marketing communications via email and SMS from both Ella Baché and Sportscraft. Entrants acknowledge that their personal information will be shared between the Promoter and Sportscraft for this purpose and handled according to their respective Privacy Policies (see Clause 7). Entrants may opt-out of these communications at any time.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Incomplete or inaccurate entries will be deemed invalid.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• A $1,000 Sportscraft gift card (redeemable online or in-store); and

• A year’s worth of Ella Baché skincare, valued at up to AUD $1,000 (products selected by us based on consultation or standard skincare recommendations).

Total prize pool value: AUD $2,000.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection and Notification

A random draw will be conducted by the Promoter at 2 Lambs Road, Artarmon NSW 2064 on 13 May 2025. The winner will be notified via email and/or SMS within three (3) business days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, a redraw may take place.

Privacy

By entering this competition, entrants agree to receive promotional and marketing messages from both Ella Baché (Hallas Trading Co Pty Ltd) and Sportscraft. Personal information will be handled in accordance with each brand’s respective Privacy Policy:

Entrants may opt out of communications at any time.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we and Sportscraft are not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (including indirect or consequential loss) arising from or in connection with the competition or any prize.

General

• We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.

• We reserve the right to amend, suspend or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any such changes will be communicated to entrants via email or public announcement on the competition page as soon as reasonably practicable.

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Definitions

In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” means Hallas Trading Co Pty Ltd ACN 001 708 925, of 2 Lambs Road, Artarmon NSW 2064.
