Returns Policy

If you want to change your mind, we are happy to offer a refund from our Online Store on all products within 21 days of placing your order, in line with our Returns Policy. All items sold online are eligible for refund providing they meet the returns requirements, including sale items. Exchanges are only available in one of our freestanding stores (Excludes Myer and DJs.)

2 Simple ways to return:
• In-Store: Return or Exchange for free at your local freestanding store (excludes Myer and DJs)
• Australia Post: Follow the instructions on your easy return label included in your package and simply apply the label to your parcel for drop off at your nearest Australia Post box or Office. Please keep a record of your tracking number as proof of sending. We will process your refund within 3-5 days of receiving the package, excluding the returns postage cost. ($6.99 for using the easy returns label)

For a change of mind returns items must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags attached. Afterpay and Paypal purchases are valid for a refund via post and refund in one of our freestanding stores. We cannot offer an exchange on Afterpay and Paypal purchases. In your return parcels, please include your original Packing List from your order ensuring you complete the form advising us of which items you are returning and the reason code. Please keep a record of your tracking number as proof of sending. We cannot offer refunds on packages that may become lost in the post, so please keep your proof of send tracking information. To return or exchange in-store, please ensure you have your order confirmation email to hand.

Due to the closure of our Myer concession stores, as of 1st February 2020, all purchases made in Myer concession stands are no longer eligible for return in Myer. Please bring eligible returns to our nearest free-standing stores for processing. Click here to find your nearest store or Contact Us
