EASY RETURNS ($6.99)

  • Attach your Easy Return label to your parcel (included in your order).
  • Please keep a record of your tracking number from your Easy Return label as proof of sending. 
  • Drop your parcel off at your local Australia Post Office or Post Box.

COURIER PICK UP (From $5.39)

  • Book your return online here through the Couriers Please website.
  • Print your label & stick it on your parcel. (Ensure it is clearly visible)
  • Ensure your item is ready for pick-up at the set location.
  • Please note courier pickup isn't available in some postcodes.
