RETURNS FAQs

  • What is the Sportscraft Returns Policy?
    • As per your statutory rights, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

      This is when the item:

      • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
      • Is unsafe
      • Is significantly different from the sample or description
      • Doesn’t do what we said it would do, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

      Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

      If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

      In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a change of mind returns policy where the following conditions are met:

      • The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached.
      • All returns must be made within 21 days of order date, except during our extended holiday returns period (November 15th - December 24th, where you can return until January 31st, 2019) . Refund will exclude any postage costs. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear, earrings, hosiery and lingerie, unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

      For all online purchases that meet the returns requirements, simply choose your preferred method of return from the options above.You can also return your online order at any freestanding Sportscraft store with your confirmation email and the item(s) for a full refund within 21 days. For orders placed between November 15th, 2018 and December 24th, 2018, you can return your items up until January 31st, 2019. Once you have dropped your parcel off or had it collected, returns may take up to 2-7 business days to reach us. Note: Once received we'll process your request within 3-5 business days. We will email you once your order has been refunded.

      Please ensure you keep a copy of the return tracking number, this is required if we need to track a return.

  • How do I return an online purchase?
    • If something isn't right we are happy to offer a refund from our Online Store on all products within 21 days of placing your order, in line with our Returns Policy. From November 15th, 2018 to December 24th, 2018, we are extending our returns period. During this time you will have up until January 31st, 2019 to claim your return.

      Items purchased during Sale, Outlet or on discount, that meet the returns requirements, are all eligible for refund. Exchanges on Online Purchases are only available in one of our freestanding stores.

      • Easy Return: Apply your Easy Return label to your parcel and drop in the post box
      • In Store: Return or Exchange for free at your local store
      • Courier: Collected from your door.
      • International Returns: Please contact us

      Paypal purchases are valid for refund via post or courier, and refund in one of our freestanding stores.

      In your return parcels, please include your original Packing List from your order ensuring you complete the form advising us of which items you are returning and the reason code.

  • How do I use Easy Returns?
    • Simply apply your Easy Returns label to the parcel you are returning and drop off at your nearest Australia Post box or Office. If you have any concerns with this, please don't hesitate to contact us

  • How do I return a faulty online purchase?
    • As per your statutory rights, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

      This is when the item:

      Unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange via postal returns.

  • Can I return my online purchase in store?
    • Refunds are available in any of our freestanding stores within 21 days of placing your order, in line with our Returns Policy.From November 15th, 2018 to December 24th, 2018, we are extending our returns period. During this time you will have up until January 31st, 2019 to claim your return.

  • How do I return an item purchased with Paypal?
    • Orders paid for with Paypal can be returned in store or online for a refund within 21 days of placing your order, in line with our Returns Policy. From November 15th, 2018 to December 24th, 2018, we are extending our returns period. During this time you will have up until January 31st, 2019 to claim your return.

  • Can I return a Sale or discounted item?
    • Items purchased during Sale, Outlet or on discount, that meet the returns requirements, are eligible for refund or exchange.

  • When will I receive my refund?
    • Once you have dropped your parcel off or had it collected, returns may take up to 2-7 business days to reach us.

      Once received, we will process your request within 3-5 business days. We will email you once your order has been refunded.

  • Can I track my return?
    • If you have booked your return via Australia Post or Courier pickup, you can track your return back to our warehouse.

  • How do I return an international purchase?
    • For all online international purchases that meet the returns requirements, please contact us to organise your return.

      Once you have posted your International Return, refunds can take up to 21 days to be processed.

  • How do I return or exchange a Store-to-Door purchase?
    • If something isn't right we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on all products within 21 days of placing your order, in line with our Returns Policy. From November 15th, 2018 to December 24th, 2018, we are extending our returns period. During this time you will have up until January 31st, 2019 to claim your return.

      Items purchased via Store to Door are considered In-store purchases and must be returned in-store.

  • How do I return an item purchased from a Sportscraft Store?
    • If you are not entirely happy with your Sportscraft purchase please return to your nearest freestanding Sportscraft store and ensure it in a saleable condition with your original receipt within 21 days for an exchange, credit or refund.

      The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached. All returns must be made within 21 days of receipt date. From November 15th, 2018 to December 24th, 2018, we are extending our returns period. During this time you will have up until January 31st, 2019 to claim your return.
