International Women's Day 2026

This International Women's Day, Sportscraft is proud to support Play Like a Girl Australia, an organisation dedicated to empowering girls and women through sport.

Founded by Holly Bailey, Play Like a Girl Australia is a national movement expanding access to sport and leadership for women and girls. Through education, mentorship and leadership development, Play Like a Girl unites a powerful national community across all sporting codes, ignites unshakable self-belief and empowers leaders to drive impact far beyond the field.

As a brand, sport has always been part of our DNA. For more than 110 years, we've been inspired by the role sport plays in shaping resilience and opportunity, both on and off the field. This International Women's Day, we're supporting Play Like a Girl through investment in scholarships to its flagship program, Empowered to Lead, removing financial barriers to access.

This year's International Women's Day theme, Balance the Scales, recognises that gender inequality has been shaped by long-standing systems and structures that limit access and opportunity. It calls for deliberate action to create fairer conditions, where every woman and girl has the chance to participate, be heard and shape her own future.

Because when more girls are given the opportunity to play and lead, everyone moves forward.
