At Sportscraft we pride ourselves on providing quality product to our customers. We want you to enjoy your purchases and continue shopping with us. If something isn’t right we are happy to offer a refund from our Online Store or you can go to one of our Sportscraft freestanding stores to exchange or return, although please note there is no exchange or refunds on sale items.
Returns by post
Please send the item/s you wish to return within 14 days of purchase with a completed Online Returns Form and your invoice to:

Please note:
- There is no exchange or refunds on sale items.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed and have the original tags still attached.
- You need to send the original receipt with your order.
- All returns must be made within 14 days of order date. Refund will exclude any postage costs.
- Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear, earrings, hosiery and lingerie, unless they are faulty.
Returns to store
For your convenience items purchased online by customers within Australia may be returned for exchange or refund, within 14 days of purchase, to any Sportscraft freestanding store (excluding clearance stores) under the above conditions. Just bring your receipt and the credit card used to make the original purchase with you. Find your nearest store here. Please note: you cannot make returns or exchanges at Myer or David Jones concession stores.
Please allow two weeks from the day you post your return for your account to be credited. Customers will be responsible for the shipping and handling charge.
