Sales Consultant

Our sales consultants are the face of our business and deal directly with our customers on a daily basis.  Their role is to provide excellent customer service by listening and understanding the needs of our customers.  Ensuring our product is displayed beautifully, presentable and always looking for an opportunity to deliver a memorable customer experience and drive sales.

Store Management

Our store management teams are key leaders within our business and are responsible for delivering an on-brand experience. They provide motivation and inspiration, striving to set high work standards and the execution of day-to-day tasks. They lead with a commercial mindset and strive to maximise performance. They provide retail insight and deliver customer service that fosters brand and customer loyalty.

Visual Merchandisers

Our visual merchandising team plays a crucial role in supporting each category’s priorities for the season. They deliver guidelines to our store teams to help convey the premium and on-brand shopping experience our customers expect.

Regional and State Managers

With responsibility over a specific region's stores, our regional and state managers lead and develop their store teams to drive exceptional performance across their area. Working closely with their store managers, they motivate, inspire and drive the teams to deliver premium customer experiences in store. To be successful in a regional manager role, you will have experience of managing multi-million dollar operations in a regional role, ideally within a premium fashion brand or large commercial environment. You will have the ability to deliver an inspirational shopping experience through your people.

Head Office

THE PROCESS

- You'll receive an automated response acknowledging receipt of your application.

Screening

- Human Resources team will review your application in line with our selection criteria.

Telephone Interview

- When you meet our selection criteria, the next step is for out Retail Team to conduct a telephone screen. This is a simple wat for us to get to know you better. We'll ask you to explain your experience further and why you'd like to work for Sportscraft.

Interview

-Pending a successful phone screen, you'll then be invited to attend a face-to-face interview with a relevant Manager.

Reference checks 

- If the interview process has been successful, we'll conduct reference checks with your most recent employers.

- We'll always ask your permission before we contact any referee you've given us.

Job Offer

- Finally if your reference checks are positive, we'll make you a verbal offer of empolyment and send you your contract and paperwork via email.
